Be a part of our 2026 Celebration of the Rockingham "Stars, Stripes, and Summer Nights" County Fair!

It’s time to begin planning for the Rockingham County Fair on August 10-15, 2026.

Before completing the online form, please note:

Returning Vendors

Applications are due by May 31, 2026, so that we may get contracts out as soon as possible.
Once you have received the contract, please remember to read and sign to accept. Please return the signed contract and payment promptly to reserve your spot.
A Certificate of Insurance, which specifically lists Rockingham County Fair Association as additionally insured and lists the fair dates on the COI, is required. Be sure to include the time before and after to cover your setup days. This will be due by August 1, 2026.
Insurance can also be purchased through the fair. Please answer that question on the form below.

New Vendors

Contracts will be generated, and spaces reserved after the May 31st deadline.
No exact spaces are guaranteed.

Application Process:

Use the application below to apply:
- Outside Vendors
- This site is the only one to be used to apply to be a 2026 outside exhibitor.
Before submitting the completed the application, you must read and then accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking the “Accept Terms” box.
To complete your application’s submission, click on the “Submit” box.
Again, this year is a $25 application fee to be paid at the time of the application process. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to the exhibit rental. Payment for exhibit space is due with signed contract.

Rates are based on booth size as noted. Additional sizes are available for an additional charge on a limited basis.

Signed contracts with insurance certificates, and payment will be due on or before June 17, 2026.

Please note there will be a 3% convenience fee added for card payments (American Express not accepted).

Thursday (Older Adults Day): 10 am - 10 pm
Friday and Saturday: 1 pm - 10 pm
