Schedules, programs, policies, prices, concerts, and programs may change or cancel without notice. The Rockingham County Fair is not responsible for misplaced, stolen, lost and/or tickets purchased through any source not approved by the Fair. Tickets purchased are not refundable. Ticket holder agrees to be responsible for him/her self as well as for each minor in his/her charge. Gate admission tickets are required to be purchased for all Grandstand Events. Children ages 2 and younger who sit on a lap are not required to have a concert ticket but they cannot sit alone on an individual seat unless a ticket is purchased.
