2024 Livestock Exhibitor Camping Form

By filling out this form, the below family, hereby agrees to assume responsibility for the camper and all occupants during Fair Week including:

• Being present, or having another designated parent or guardian present from midnight until 6 a.m. each night
• No alcoholic beverages, abusive language, or conduct
• NO Dogs will be allowed on the Fairgrounds, this includes the camping areas
• NO UTVs, ATVs, or Personal Golf Carts will be allowed
• Removing the camper, without contest, immediately upon request by the Fair Management
• Following all policies and regulations of the Rockingham County Fair Association

By purchasing this camping spot I am confirming that I will adhere to these guidelines and use my best judgement to keep everyone around me safe. I confirm that all of my guests are household members, all are fever and cough free, and no one is showing signs of breathing trouble, including myself. I further confirm none of these have had exposure to COVID-19.

I further agree to hold the Rockingham County Fair Association, Inc., harmless for any acts or injury to any of my party.
