2020 Livestock Camping

Camping Rules

  • Camping available only to livestock exhibitors. Each purchase will be verified to be sure occupants ARE legitimate livestock exhibitors. DO NOT SHARE YOUR CODE. If your code is used to violate this rule, you will forfeit your privilege to camp at the fair.
  • Camp sites required a fee of $200.00 for the week, including electricity.
  • There will be an area for pop-ups and tents with NO electricity for a fee of $75 for the week.
  • A parent of guardian of a participant in a junior show shall sign a contract for each camper unit and designate a parent or guardian to be present from midnight to 6 AM. A parent of guardian can be responsible for up to three camping units.
  • A camping pass will be issues to each camper.
  • Campers are expected to be quiet and lights out at 1:00 AM
  • Campers will be allowed entry for setup in the campgrounds from Noon, Thursday August 13 and MUST be setup by Sunday, August 16 at noon. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Contracts and all required documentation must be signed when passes are distributed on Monday of the Fair.
In Accordance with the Governor's Executive Order every person is expected to do their part and minimize social gatherings and minimize in-person contact with people who are not in the same household.
Please help us achieve our goal of supplying each guest with a safe environment.
Guests should stay home if sick!
Rockingham County Fair is implementing procedures to limit exposures of Covid-19, but every guest is expected to do their part. Do not come here sick. Do Social Distance, Cover Your Mouth and Nose, when coughing and sneezing, and avoid touching your face. Properly wash your hands often and/or use hand sanitizer. Wear face coverings in areas where social distancing cannot be maintained.

By purchasing this camping spot I am confirming that I will adhere to these guidelines and use my best judgement to keep everyone around me safe. I confirm that all of my guests are household members, all are fever and cough free, and no one is showing signs of breathing trouble, including myself. I further confirm none of these have had exposure to COVID-19.
