The Rockingham County Fair is proud to support our Member Organizations who provide excellent food service during the annual event. We do not hire private concessionaires or traveling food booths.

Stop by the following locations for some unforgettable food you will want to enjoy over and over again.

The Fry Shack
Operated by: Bridgewater Ruritan Club
Founded on March 17, 1939, the Bridgewater Ruritan Club serves the community through fundraising efforts and by committing our time to community groups and organizations. The booth at the Rockingham County Fair is the group's primary fundraising activity.

New items for the 2018 menu are glazed donuts (served warm) and fried mac n' cheese.

Kiwanis Club Food Booth
Operated by: Kiwanis Club of Harrisonburg

Experience the August 13 – 18, 2018, Rockingham County Fair and be sure to include a stop at the Harrisonburg Kiwanis Food Booth for a slice or two of cheese or pepperoni pizza followed by a snow cone or any of our other delicious menu items.The Food booth is located a short distance up the hill from the cattle barns and is also accessible from the Grandstand (#17 on the fairgrounds map).

The Harrisonburg Kiwanis Club is in its 95th year and is a chapter of a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time.For many years the annual profits from the food both have supported numerous local children’s services including the Harrisonburg/Rockingham Co. Boys and Girls Club; Explore More Museum; Challenger League Baseball; books, toys, etc. for children hospitalized at Sentara /RMS Pediatric Dep’t; Harrisonburg High School scholarships; Massanutten Regional Library’s Summer Reading Program; Still Meadows Enrichment Center; and much, much more.

Please help us fund our projects by purchasing food at our booth.Our menu offers something for everyone! Please stop by and check it out.
